WA & NY Residents

What if I live in Washington or New York USA?

State laws make it challenging for exchanges to offer services to residents of the states of Washington & New York USA, so Kraken does not offer services in those states.

This means if you live in Washington or New York you WILL NOT be able to trade on Kraken which means you won't be able to use Unlisted's services at this stage. We plan to add new exchanges in the second half of 2023.
