US vs Non-US Residents
Shorting is no longer available to US residents as a result of recent legislation.
The United States of America has very strict and limiting laws and regulations designed to protect the consumer. In some cases this puts limitations of what services we can offer to US residents. For this reason we serve non-US residents through our Australian entity, Unlisted Project Pty Ltd, and US residents through our US entity, Unlisted Project LLC. As more services are offered in the future some will not be made available by Unlisted Project LLC to US residents.
